These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.1.0 of the MDS and FDS.

Version 2.1.0 Change log​

Styling and SGM updates​

  • Added the functionality to style up to two floating action buttons within the SGM > Building block > Floating action button. 
  • Search function within the menu for all breakpoints now has a black border, we've added this is so that even on menus with no background colour this is easy to see. 
  • Added padding functionality within the SGM for product and articles teasers, you can change these within the SGM > Dynamic content > Text panel padding.
  • We've added the functionality the assign icons individually to the 'Buy Online' and 'Buy Local' integration on both the PDP page and product teasers. The icons can be chosen within the SGM > Product template > Where to buy.
  • Added heading style (H3 secondary) this is currently available within all WYSIWYG's and can be styled within the SGM > Typography > H3 Secondary
  • One Trust Cookie Banner buttons now will match the height of the content within so each button remains the same height.
  • Added 6 additional button styles which bring it to a total of 10 possible button styles. These additional buttons can be styled within the SGM > Link styles, the additional button styles are as followed:
    • Quinary
    • Senary
    • Septenary
    • Octonary
    • Nonary
    • Denary

Version 2.1.0 Bug fixes​

  • Fixed a bug where the Login menu item had no padding and was touching the border on mobile breakpoints. 
  • Fixed a bug where the language switcher was offset on mobile breakpoints.
  • Fixed a bug where the footer menu items were not spaced vertically between the parent items. 
  • Fixed a bug where the Uppercase function in the SGM was not working.
  • Fixed a bug where the footer parent menu items were not bold. 
  • Fixed a bug where the 'One Trust Technical Cookie-List' was not displaying in a table format.
  • Fixed a bug where the Product teasers were not displaying any content. 
  • Fixed a bug where the floating action buttons were overlapping the footer content when you get to the end of the page. 
  • Fixed a bug where if breadcrumbs were disabled it displayed an empty block area.
