Version 2.14.0

These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.14.0 of the MDS and FDS.

We've added a styling option for tables as part of the WYSIWYG editor. This update allows you the option to freeze the header and add a drop shadow/shade to provide a visual queue, to add this you need to add the following class freeze-header to the table container div.

We've added padding to all text fields as part of webforms, this padding is standardised and cannot be changed.
We've adding styling for the 'Uteka Floating Button'. The styling is as followed:
- Standardised positioning of vertically aligned centre and horizontally aligned right of the viewport.
- 'Uteka Floating Button' takes styling from 'Button - Link 1' in the SGM > Link Styles > Buttons.
We've added an alternative styling configuration for the header which can be activated by going to the SGM > Header > Header Global. Enabling this option will place site branding on the left and the burger menu icon to the centre for mobile breakpoints only.
We've amended the PDP template so that when a background colour is applied there is no padding between the left and right sides of the content.
We've adding styling for the 'Google reCAPTCHA V3 widget' which is now available on webforms. The styling applied is standardised in terms of padding and horizontal positioning.

Fixed a bug where the Commerce Connector buttons were not displaying and styled correctly when placed within WYSIWYG's.
Fixed a bug where the header was overlapping hero content when the menu was set to 'Sticky'.
Fixed a bug where the 'Retailer' dropdown functionality for the PDP page was cutting off branding on IE11.
Fixed the 'Newsletter styling' as part of the webforms integration.
