Version 2.17.0

These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.17.0 of the MDS and FDS.

Version 2.17.0 Change log​

Component updates:​

  • We've updated the 'Video hero' component information to the following:
    • ‘Background video poster image’ label changed to ‘Background video fallback image’.
    • 'Poster image' label changed to 'Fallback image'.
    • Added an additional note at the top of the component saying the following "Please Note: This component may impact the performance of your page."

Styling and SGM updates:​

  • Radio buttons now have focus states applied. To move between buttons you will need to use the arrow keys which will automatically apply an active state.
  • The search field will put out an error state of red for the 'Geo-store locator'. This will only appear when a non-valid query is entered.
  • We've updated the product template so when no valid content is placed within the 'Right layout canvas' the product description area container will match the height of the product gallery.
  • We've added a new option within the SGM > Footer > Footer left > Footer left - Logo max-width. This allows the user to increase the logo size within the footer. The default is 280px and can go to 400px maximum.
