Version 2.2.0

These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.2.0 of the MDS and FDS.

Removed text alignment field from Tab item as this functionality is no longer required.

Added styling to the Country Selector block, this now takes styling from the SGM.
Commerce Connector teaser integration now displays as two separate buttons, this is for the 'Buy Local' and 'Buy Online' configuration.
Store Locator integration now takes styling from the SGM.
Price Spider PDP button now takes styling from the SGM > Link styles > Primary button.

Fixed a bug where the stick header was overlapping anchor link content when clicked.
Fixed a bug where the Commerce Connector buttons were not displaying content for the product teaser configuration.
Fixed a bug where the floating action button was not spanning full-width on mobile breakpoints.
Fixed a bug with the accordions that caused the page to return to the top of the viewport.
Fixed a bug where the Commerce Connector integration content for the teasers was not spaced correctly from the button links.
Fixed a bug where the floating action button was overlapping footer content on mobile breakpoints.
Fixed a bug where product teaser content was not displaying on the front end.
