Version 2.89.0 - 2025-07-21

These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.89.0 of the MDS and FDS.

SGM updates :

  • **Dynamic content **
      • View exposed filter - Side Panel Filter - Accordion title font-family, font-weight, font-color, font-size(desktop/tablet/mobile), margin bottom(desktop/tablet/mobile).
    • View exposed filter - Side Panel Filter - Accordion icon - Icon size, icon color.
    • View exposed filter - Side Panel Filter - Group Border - Border size, border color.
    • View exposed filter - Side Panel Filter - Product list group title font-family, font-weight, font-color, text-align, font-size (desktop/tablet/mobile), margin bottom(desktop/tablet/mobile)

Component Updates :​

  • Text and background hero component
    • Added option for a transparent layer over background image to improve contrast when there is text on top of the image.
    • Following configs are added:
      • Enable background overlay: This toggle will enable an overlay on top of the background image and behind the text area.
      • Select "Use color or use gradient" : choose between overlay as gradient or color ,According to the selection overlay is applied utilizing the existing background color and gradient options in the background; so that user do not need to add the color/gradient again.
      • Opacity: In addition to applying the color or gradient as overlay, separately specify the transparency for this according to the requirement. This ranges from 0 to 1 and can be decimal(0.5 means 50% opacity and 1 means 100% opacity etc.).

Other Updates :​

  • Bulletin content type and listing views - Templates for the new commercial hub bulletin content type and listing views are created from the MDS side.
  • What's new content type and listing views - Templates for the new commercial hub what's new(content page) content type and listing views are created from the MDS side.
  • Commercial Hub Login block - Styles for new login(profile) block for the commercial hub are added from MDS side.
  • Commercial hub My Favourites - Styles for new My Favourites block for the commercial hub are added from MDS side.
