Version 2.7.0

These are the changes and bug fixes that were updated in version 2.7.0 of the MDS and FDS.

Version 2.7.0 Change log​

Component updates​

  • We have a new component called 'HCP Login'. This displays functionality from the 'Gigya RaaS Login' block, the component the functionality to assign icons for each link associated with the block: 
    • Login
    • Register
    • Logout 
    • Profile
  • We have added an additional setting to the 'Modal pop-up' component called 'Overlay click to close'. When this is turned on it stops the user from leaving the modal without clicking the close button.
  • We have amended the 'Gated offers' integration to take styling from the SGM, these elements are listed below: 
    • Heading - H2
    • Links - Primary link - Text
    • Button - Primary link - Button

Styling and SGM updates​

  • We have added a new field within the product teasers content type as part of the 'Channel advisor' integration, this displays below the 'Learn More' button. This should only be configured with the Modal which is done within the back-end of the product page under the 'Retailers' section.
  • We have added additional styling functionality to the 'Dynamic UI Container' for filtering of FAQ content, for this to work you will need to apply the class '.coh-accordion-title' to the 'Content selector' field. Within the component you will now have the option for 'Type of filter' which will display the type of filter you have available, the options available are as followed: 
    • Tabs 
    • Dropdown 
    • Buttons
    • Links
  • We have removed the 'Bottom banner' styling from the SGM and link the 'Cookie banner' settings to affect both central and flat cookie banners. This speeds up the process of styling the cookie banners.
  • We have linked the Commerce Connector Floating Action Button function to the SGM for better control on positioning on the PDP pages, you can find these settings within the SGM > Building blocks > Floating action button > Positioning.

Version 2.7.0 Bug fixes​

  • Fixed a bug where iframes had spacing between the content and container.
  • Fixed a bug where the 'DocCheck' button was not horizontally centred to the container.
  • Fixed a bug where all Slider container navigation was overlapping the content on 1200px breakpoint.
  • Fixed a bug where the footer 'Item 1' link was not displaying any margin below like the other link items.
  • Fixed a bug where the PDP buttons were taking the product page styling which resulted in some styling issues.
  • Fixed a bug where as part of the 'Geo-store locator' the modal displayed a scroll bar within the store modals.
