Text and bullets are typographical styles and are covered more extensively elsewhere in this guide.

Bullet lists along with other typographical styles can be added into components via a WYSIWYG. These are available on a number of components and also as a standalone 'WYSIWYG component'. You should always follow the guidance provided when using these.
